Rick Morris
|
Every company needs a Rick Morris. Every successful company has a Rick Morris. You know the type; he's the guy everyone tells you has forgotten more about the business than anyone else will ever know. He's the smartest guy in the building. He is also the guy who covers everyone else's back. At Stanton , that person is Rick Morris.
Rick was hired as the service manager for Stanton in July of 1979 and has served in that capacity ever since. Although he has won more awards and honors than he can remember the highest praise of his ability is the number of times he is contacted by other service managers and even the manufactures of the equipment we service, to solve problems they can not fix.
Rick has 100% control over customer satisfaction once sold equipment has been installed. This means that Rick has the final say to do whatever needs to be done to make any challenging situation right for the client.
On a personal note, Rick has made Fresno his home all his life. Rick has been a "real" cowboy, working on one of the last large ranches in the country as well as packing "wannabe" cowboys into the mountains. Rick's electronics aptitude is so high that he was chosen to be one of only four specially trained guided missile technicians back in the early 1970's. Scientists may build this stuff, but someone's got to fix it when it doesn't work; that someone is Rick.

Marillen Schultz
|
Merrillen is the second voice a caller hears when service is needed. She began in accounting, has worked with sales and now handles our service dispatch. Hers is a very difficult job not only handling and scheduling all service, but also taking all the calls when our clients are experiencing challenges with their equipment can be a rather thankless position.

Alex Preza |
Alex is Rick's right hand. Having been with Stanton since 1987, there is little Alex has not seen. Alex has two real gifts. The first is his ability to solve problems and fix equipment. When other technicians need an extra set of eyes on a problem, it is usually Alex who gets the call. Secondly, Alex has a real gift with clients. He is calm, soft spoken, and level headed. Alex is the kind of person everyone likes. If you do not get along with Alex, you must ask yourself, "What is wrong with me?"

Jeremy Klapperich |
Our industry has experienced dramatic changes during the past several years. Today’s copiers must be connected to a variety of networks and operating systems. Although our technicians are trained to accomplish these tasks, to do so takes a great deal of time away from repairing equipment. Enter Jeremy.
Jeremy has extensive experience with multiple operating systems and networks. As with most computer lovers Jeremy takes his love of technology seriously and has operated his own home network system. The addition of Jeremy to our service staff has immensely upgraded our ability to service and install equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Rob O'Neal |
Rob has been a very reliable employee with Stanton since 2004. Originally Rob worked with us as a temporary employee for a large installation. His work ethic impressed Rick Morris our service manager enough to offer Rob a full-time position. Since that time Rob has the very difficult job of transporting and installing delicate, bulky and heavy equipment throughout our four county territory. His job requires punctuality, strength and great care. |
